What is ARMS? | | MY A.R.M.S (Automotive Repair & Maintenance Service) is a membership program whose policy is to provide its members with any assistance necessary to keep their vehicles operating, at an affordable cost. |

Does the coverage for my car also cover my sisters car also? | | These maintenance and repair services are only provided for registered ARMS members whose vehicle identification numbers are registered in the arms data base. |

What about my spouse's car. | | Members can register second vehicle for half the cost of the first vehicle’s annual cost if vehicle is registered to the same owner or member’s spouse. |

If I am injured in a accident does my coverage assist with my medical coverage? | | This membership does not provide any property, health or bodily injury coverage. |

What happens when I trade in my car and buy another? | | 1. If member sells vehicle to ARMS at suggested dealer price, ARMS will dismiss the balance of charges that were added to monthly premium from previous services and repairs. Balance of monthly premium can be carried over to new vehicle less charges for services to old vehicle. 2. If member sells vehicle to outside source and buys another vehicle, it can be covered under the same ARMS service agreement for the balance of the premium, also 20% of service charges from old vehicle can be paid by member or added to premium. |

Is my vehicle to old for the program? | | No vehicle is too old for the MY ARMS program. |

Can I add the truck I use for my business to the program? | | No, however, in the event of a problem, we will help. |

What types are personal vehicles can be added to the program? | | American and Foreign. |

If MY ARMS vehicle has a mechanical problem, what steps are taken to repair it? | | A service technician will be dispatched to your location to assess the problem or make repairs. |

How long does it take to repair a vehicle in the ARMS program? | | Our mechanics are trained to perform on the spot repairs which are usually one hour or less. However, some repairs may require in shop services which may exceed one hour. |

Is there a limit to the cost of my auto repairs? | | Yes, your automotive repairs should not exceed the value of your vehicle. |

What repairs are not covered under the ARMS program? | | Auto body repair, windows, interior upholstery and sunroofs. |
 |
How can ARMS help with expensive repairs like a new transmission? | | Up to 30% parts discount, 1/2 the flat labor rate, and no interest monthly payments if needed. |
