| SYSTEM OF OPERATION MY A.R.M.S. will provide all individuals that are considering becoming a member with free inspections of their vehicle to determine their annual premium. In the event of emergency breakdowns, a toll free number will be available. If a service personnel is required for on-site services or repairs, one will be dispatched to your location. In the event that there is a technical problem, a technical vehicle equipped with the necessary diagnostic equipment will be dispatched to your location. Our service facility is fully equipped with necessary tools, man-power, and supplies that are solely there for the purpose of our members. This system is designed for members only. This is the least we can do to show our dedication. No services, parts or supplies will be utilized by non-members. MEMBERS ADVANTAGE
The advantage of this program is having at your convenience, trained technical professionals who can show you things about cutting the cost of services, repairs, and parts, that dealers, aftermarket service centers, and local repair shops do not want the general consumer who must have transportation to be aware of. Those of us who have developed this program know that being professional and honest with consumers can ensure consistent business and provide you with economical services.
COMMERCIAL
MY A.R.M.S Inc. will not provide these or any services for anyone who uses their vehicle for business or commercial use.
OUT OF STATE
MY A.R.M.S Inc. will provide towing or return vehicle to member’s home state and address (first 200 miles no charge). If towing exceeds 200 miles, a fee of $2.00 per mile will be charged. ARMS members can call the member’s toll free number for out of state road side assistance.
